How can you not have aquired a lightsaber? quite a few of the sith on Onderon give you a lightsaber or a short lightsaber when they die as well as Sion and so does Mandalore when you complete the tasks for a transport to Onderon. You also gain your first lightsaber part from Chobat if you're working of the Ithorians on Telos, the second on Nar Shadarr, while helping the two lovers from the Dock and the Refugee Quater refunite and the third from fighting Visas when she first boards your ship.

um dude learn to spell properly plz, and also it's almost impossible to not have a lightsaber by the time you are done with your first planet, so either you have neglected to side quests or have not talked to Bao-Dur about making one.
